# Integrations

> Connect Breaknine to your CRM and data sources to enrich prospects and sync your pipeline.

Breaknine connects to the tools your team already uses. Once connected, your CRM data is automatically synced, prospects are enriched with AI-generated summaries, and outreach drafts are ready to send — all without manual data entry.

## How sync works

When you connect a CRM, Breaknine performs an **initial full sync** to pull in all your existing contacts and companies. After that, changes in your CRM are reflected in Breaknine automatically.

* **Full sync** — imports all records on first connection
* **Incremental sync** — picks up new and updated records on a schedule
* **Webhook sync** — instant updates when supported by the provider

All credentials are encrypted at rest. Breaknine never stores raw API keys.

## Coming soon

The following integrations are in development:

* **Gmail** — email and communication intelligence
* **Outlook** — email and calendar from Microsoft 365
* **Google Calendar** — meeting and scheduling context
* **Google Drive** — document context for RAG-powered enrichment
