How sync works
When you connect a CRM, Breaknine performs an initial full sync to pull in all your existing contacts and companies. After that, changes in your CRM are reflected in Breaknine automatically.- Full sync — imports all records on first connection
- Incremental sync — picks up new and updated records on a schedule
- Webhook sync — instant updates when supported by the provider
